Q: How can I volunteer? 

A: We have numerous volunteer opportunities on race day, Saturday September 14th. All volunteers will receive a volunteer shirt, food and beverages. Please visit our registration link HERE to sign up for course monitors, water station support, parking and start/finish line awards and refreshments.

Q: Where do I pick up my race packet? 

A: We have several locations and opportunities to pick up your packet, which includes your event t-shirt and race bib. We suggest you avoid race day delays by picking up your packet at Fleet Feet Sports 354 Merchant Street in Vacaville on Friday September 13th between 5:00pm – 7:00pm. If you cannot make the early packet pick-up, a friend or family member may pick-up for you or you can also pick it up on race day at Lagoon Valley Park expo area on Saturday September 8th between 6:30am-7:15am. 

 Q: What time does the race start?

A: The 30K distance starts at 7:30am. The 5K, 10K and Half Marathon distances starts at 8:00AM. The Kid’s Run starts at 9:00AM. 

Q: Where should I park?

A: Due to expected delays and pre-race congestion with the one lane entering the park, please plan on arriving early. The main parking lot near the start/finish will be available for a $5 parking fee paid at a pay station located near the front gate (credit card or cash) or in the parking lot area (cash only). There are a limited amount of free parking spaces located outside the main entrance gate along the roadway, approximately 1/4 from the start/finish area. 

Q: Is there a course cut off time?

A: There is no time limit to complete the 5K or 10K.  However, due to permit requirements, we have a 4 hour time limit to complete the Half Marathon course and 5 hour and 30 minute time limit for the 30K distance. 

Q: Will the race be timed?  

A: All event distances will be chip timed and results will be posted at the event starting 10 minutes after the first finisher. Official results will be posted on-line at the event website within 24 hours. Your bib must be worn in a visible location with the chip attached in order to be scored. 

Q: Can I register at the race?

A: Yes, if we have not reached our event capacity of 500, walk up registration will be available on event day starting at 6:30AM. We will post on our website if the race has reached capacity. The registration area will be located near the finish line just across from the main parking lot. If available, walk-up registration will also be on Friday September 13th between 5:00pm-7:00pm at Fleet Feet Sports in Vacaville

Q: Can I run/walk with a baby/jogging stroller or bring my dog?

A: Due to the nature of the narrow trails and uneven surfaces, baby or jogging strollers are not permitted on the course due to safety reasons. We love our 4 legged friends but because of the crowded trail routes and  safety requirements dogs are not permitted on the course. We appreciate your attention to this policy.

Q: Will there be finisher medals and awards?

A: Custom finishers medals will be provided to all 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and 30K finishers. Awards to top 3 M/F for the 30K, Half, 10K and 5K courtesy of Fleet Feet Sports, Any unclaimed overall awards or event t-shirts may be picked up at Fleet Feet Sports in Vacaville.

Q: How do I edit my registration?

A: You can edit your registration at early packet pick-up on Friday September 13th at Fleet Feet Sports between 5:00pm-7:00pm or on race day between 6:30am-7:30am at the pre-registration tent. 

Q: What will you be serving on the course?

A: Aid stations will be serving water, Gatorade Lemon-Lime, Sport Beans and snacks in addition to food and beverages at the finish line

Q: Where do I find the start line?

A: The Start and Finish line is  located inside Lagoon Valley Regional Park approximately 1/4 mile from the main gate just across the main parking lot in the dirt field.  

Q: Will there be a photographer on the course?

A: Yes! Facchino Photography, our official photo partner, will be on site to capture athletes in their moments and allow them flexibility in viewing and ordering convenience. Click HERE to find your race photos!

Q: Do you offer refunds or transfers?

A: Entry fees are non-refundable for non starters and non finishers and we do not offer exchanges. The event will take place rain or shine.
